About Me

Namaste and thank you for visiting:)

I’m Zoya and I am in love with my husband, my son, yoga and life!!! I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation for over a decade now, and I’ve been teaching yoga full-time since 2004. You can have a look at my web-site: www.zoyayoga.com

I’m particularly interested in Yoga for Women and Yoga Therapy, as well as Meditation, Ayurveda and all forms of energy healing (I’ve learned a bit of Pranic Healing, Shamanic Healing, Mindscape, BodyTalk, Sound Healing, and Crystal Healing). I am also a certified practitioner of Emotional Freedom Technique, and I’ve been successfully using it to improve my life and help others. I find inspiration in the teachings of Abraham, Buddha and Osho. I love the sun, sea, mountains, long walks in nature, good vegetarian food, dancing, travelling and cooking. I live in Taipei, Taiwan with my husband, my 1,5 years old son and our two kitties.

  1. Hi Zoya, Thank you for visiting my blog Walking With Yahshua http://walkingwithyahshua.wordpress.com/
It is amazing how many things we have in common. Just love those synchronicities! Don’t you?
Even though I’m grandma’s age, I love my husband/best friend very much.
I’m also an EFT Practitioner having received tons of benefits for myself and family personally from it. Love Qi Gong.
Plus, on the subject of Body-Mind Talk, did a series of podcasts that were really explaining much of that subject…www.dancing-with-life-healing-your-soul.com
Podcasts on Energy Healing, Mind Body Connection at http://meridiantappingenergyhealing.mypodcastworld.com/

  2. Just a p.s. Are you also a fan of Lynne McTaggart’s books and blog? Books like The Field? She’s written some great articles lately on her blog. Come back and visit again 🙂

    • I haven’t read any of her books but I recently saw a movie The Living Matrix where she explains a lot about the Field. Fascinating! Finally the science is catching up with the ancient healing wisdom!
